About Me

Hey, I’m Rodney Duke Woods, founder of Duke’s Apothecary out of Thibodaux, Louisiana.

Herbal medicine became real to me when I used it to heal myself. That experience changed everything. I realized God already gave us what we need herbs, roots, and plants that were put here to help us heal and stay well. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to learning, growing, and sharing that same gift with others.

For over five years, I’ve been studying herbalism and making herbal medicine by hand using organic herbs. Everything I offer is crafted by me, locally, with care and intention. No fillers, no fluff, just what God provided through the Earth.

I’m currently working toward my Master’s in Clinical Herbal Medicine to continue deepening my knowledge and expanding how I serve. To me, this isn’t just about products. It’s about people. It’s about restoring the body naturally, while honoring the Creator who gave us everything we need.
